  • High Performance Poomsae students must be at least 10 years old and black stripe or higher.

    High Performance Sparring students must be at least 8 years old and green stripe or higher, and have their own sparring gear.

  • High Performance classes for both poomsae and sparring are by invitation only. Please speak with a Master Instructor if you have interest in joining one of the two programs.

  • While all of our classes focus on technique development and helping you achieve your goals, the High Performance classes focus on the sport aspect of Taekwondo. These classes are often much longer in duration and have an increased intensity level. You will also have the benefit of training with current and former Canadian National team members!
